Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between easyK ("Company") and users ("Members") in connection with the use of our services at https://easyk.co.kr.

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions, procedures, and mutual rights and obligations for using the easyK service.

Article 2. Service Description

The Company provides: - Government policy and program information search for foreign workers in Korea - Expert consultation booking and payment (visa, labor, tax, etc.) - Job matching services - Local government support information - Other services developed or provided through partnerships

Article 3. Account Registration

1. Registration is via social login (Kakao, Google, Facebook). 2. Members must provide accurate information; false information may result in restrictions. 3. Members are responsible for account security and may not share or transfer accounts. 4. Members must update their information promptly when it changes.

Article 4. Service Use

1. The service operates 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, server issues, or force majeure. 2. The Company may modify services with prior notice. 3. Free services may become paid with advance notice.

Article 5. Payments and Refunds

1. Payments are processed via Toss Payments. 2. Refund policy: - Cancellation 24+ hours before consultation: full refund - Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund - After consultation starts or no-show: no refund 3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. 4. Full refund for service failure caused by the Company.

Article 6. Withdrawal of Subscription

1. Members may withdraw within 7 days of purchase. 2. Exceptions: completed consultations, member-caused inability, time-sensitive services. 3. Requests via email: digicorelab@gmail.com

Article 7. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited: illegal acts, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, false information, unauthorized commercial use, harassment of other members. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or account suspension.

Article 8. Intellectual Property

1. Service content IP belongs to the Company or rightful owners. 2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. 3. Member-posted content (reviews, etc.) remains the member's property; the Company may use it for service operations.

Article 9. Account Termination

1. Members may request withdrawal via My Page or email. 2. Personal data is deleted except where legally required. 3. Active bookings or pending payments must be resolved before withdrawal. 4. The Company may restrict or suspend accounts for Terms violations.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not liable for force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, system failures). 2. The Company is not liable for member-caused service issues. 3. Expert consultation outcomes are the responsibility of the expert and member; the Company acts as a platform provider. 4. Job posting accuracy is the poster's responsibility.

Article 11. Damages

1. Either party is liable for damages caused by Terms violations. 2. Company liability is limited to service fees paid by the member, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by Korean law. 2. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. 3. Unresolved disputes may be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. 4. E-commerce disputes may be mediated via the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee (https://www.ecmc.or.kr).

Article 13. Changes to Terms

1. Terms may be modified within legal limits. 2. Changes are announced at least 7 days (30 days for unfavorable changes) before the effective date. 3. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
